”Around the corner”
Very often you will find the wording ”around the corner” in my patterns.
To make the edges neat and straight a stitch is almost always picked up and knitted ”around the corner”.
The red dots show where to insert your needle on the right side of your work.
First insert the needle at 1 into the cast-on loop (only 1 loop here) then continue into the cast on loop at 2 and then knit 1 stitch trough both loops.
